Once your request is received, we will confirm available space and review your request. A confirmation email will be sent, including logistical details.
Handshake steps to recruitment
On-campus recruitment at the School of Architecture for summer interns and entry-level graduates consists of three steps:
- Creating a Handshake account,
- Posting job opportunities with current job descriptions, and
- Requesting to interview on campus.
Recruiters may review applicants’ documents throughout the application process. A resume packet will be sent once the application deadline has passed to all contacts listed on the job description. Recruiters have a set period of time, to review the applications and select students they wish to interview, as well as an alternate list. Students will be notified and may accept or decline the interview. If a student declines, alternate students may fill the slot, on a first-come, first-served basis. Several days before Interview Day the schedule closes and students are no longer able to sign-up, decline, or withdraw their application.
