Federico Panella is an architect from Rome, based in Milan. He has over ten years of professional experience at architecture firms, most prominently at Stefano Boeri Architects in Milan. Federico is the founder and principal of Zimmer Studio, an architectural office specializing in material research for interiors, and has completed installation and spatial projects for leading fashion brands, including Jil Sander and OAMC in Europe, Asia, and North America. His ongoing projects include several multibrand and residential developments in prime European locations. Federico received his bachelor’s degree in architecture from the University of Rome La Sapienza and his master’s degree in architecture and urbanism from Politecnico di Milano, where he graduated cum laude with a study focusing on the urbanism and politics of water in Cyprus. His work has been awarded by the Order of Architects of Milan.
