Heather Fraser G’04, Van Cleef & Arpels
Heather Fraser currently works as the Director of Store Planning at Van Cleef & Arpels, where she oversees construction of new boutiques, relocations and major expansions of the real estate network throughout the Americas. Before joining Van Cleef & Arpels, she served in a similar role at Christian Dior Couture, and during her time there she oversaw the development of the recently opened Dior flagship boutique and Monsieur Dior restaurant on Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills. Before that, Fraser was a project manager and Director at Equinox Fitness Clubs where she managed the design and execution of new fitness clubs and developed a sub-brand of co-working spaces, most notably the joint venture, Industrious at Equinox in Hudson Yards. Fraser is a registered architect in New York as well as a LEED Accredited Professional. She is also a board member for the Retail Design Institute in New York City, where she co-chairs the Emerging Professionals committee.
Hannah Kang ’25 (B.Arch), Van Cleef & Arpels
A graduate of Syracuse University’s Bachelor of Architecture program, Hannah began her career at Ralph Lauren while serving as a 2nd Lieutenant in the US Army. She transitioned to Van Cleef & Arpels in February of 2026. Hannah describes herself as a designer with a passion for creating innovative, user-centered spaces that thoughtfully blend form, function, and brand identity.
