Spencer McCoy ’24 (B.Arch), Tapestry
Spenser McCoy, Assoc. AIA currently works in New York City as an Architecture Assistant Design Manager at Tapestry, where he helps lead more than 30 retail projects at a time across global markets. His work focuses on developing construction drawings, coordinating consultant feedback, and helping ensure both brand and code compliance for premium retail environments. Before joining Tapestry full-time, McCoy built experience through internships at Tapestry, Handel Architects, and D’Aquino Monaco, where he contributed to design, technical documentation, and presentation work across a range of project types. Alongside his professional practice, he has also pursued entrepreneurial work as the founder of OneBuild, an entrepreneurial venture focused on prefab accessory dwelling units (ADUs), and he teaches architecture skills to K–12 students through the Center for Architecture in New York City.
Emily Yuen ’20 (B.Arch), Ralph Lauren
Emily Yuen is a Senior Architecture & Design Manager at Ralph Lauren, currently working in the New York City area. Since graduating from Syracuse Architecture, they have gained diverse design experience through roles at various firms, including Foot Locker Inc. and Studio Zung. Previously, they worked as an intern at Rosen Kelly Conway Architecture & Design and as a designer at MBH Architects, continually striving to enhance their skills in store and lifestyle design.
