Join us in writing more female designers into Wikipedia!
Syracuse University and SUNY-ESF students are invited to celebrate Women’s History Month for a Wikithon event hosted by Women in Design, SU Libraries, and Professor Lori Brown.
Students will learn to edit Wikipedia pages and practice their academic research, writing, and editing skills for design-related topics. Following a brief tutorial, students will collaborate to expand Wikipedia’s coverage of women designers, and architects. Snacks will be provided.
The event is open to all interested students.
