Apple stores play a critical role in making connections with our customers and building a broader community. The discussion will focus on brand identity and how the store development process unfolds at Apple. O’Brien will talk about the collaborative process that exists within Apple’s flagship stores and what role that process plays in informing future Apple rollout store locations around the world.
O’Brien will also look at several temporary locations done by Apple and others and discuss what function the pop-up shop plays within an overall retail strategy and brand identity.
