Empowering women in design, encouraging creativity, and advocating for equality in every field.
Founded on the belief that diversity and inclusion are essential ingredients for cultivating successful creative environments, our goal is to inspire openness and collaboration between design disciplines to create a network of support for minority designers.
We equip and support our members with the tools and knowledge needed to advocate for themselves and to make change in the field.
