Gregg Pasquarelli is a Principal of SHoP Construction and SHoP Architects. He received his architecture degree from Columbia University and a Bachelors of Science from Villanova’s School of Business. Gregg Pasquarelli has taught at Yale, Columbia, the University of Virginia, Syracuse Architecture (NYC studio critic S’10 and S’11), and the University of Florida, and lectured internationally. His commitment as a practitioner and educator demonstrates his dedication to the field of architecture and to a new generation of architects, challenging them to understand that innovative and beautiful architecture, and technological proficiency are not mutually exclusive.

The firm has received numerous prestigious awards, including the AIA NYS Chapter’s 2013 Firm of the Year award, the 2009 National Design Award for Architecture Design from Smithsonian’s Cooper Hewitt National Design Museum, the 2009 Chicago Athenaeum American Architecture Awards, as well as numerous other design and urban catalyst awards.
