With a background spanning both Architecture and Engineering, and over 25 years of industry experience, Alton has focused his expertise on crafting operational platforms that aim to foster successful practices and drive market penetration and industry evolution.
Alton has held senior management roles for esteemed global practices such as AECOM, Gensler, Aurecon, Woods Bagot, and Wilson Associates. Additionally, he has served as President for the American Institute of Architects (AIA) Shanghai and holding Board Member positions for institutions like the School of Architecture at Syracuse University, AIA International, Urban Land Institute China (ULI), and the US-China Business Council.
