Alton Chow was previously Managing Director, Greater China at Aurecon where he is responsible to drive further growth for the company in the Greater China region. Together with his team, they will work closely and collaboratively with clients and partners to bring ideas to life and deliver innovative and sustainable design solutions.

Professionally trained as an architect and licensed in the State of California with over 24 years of architecture and engineering experience, Alton has built a reputation in the industry by implementing innovative methodologies and strategic thinking to enhance the ability to deliver high quality integrated projects; thereby rethinking and changing the way the industry operates.

Prior to joining Aurecon, Alton was with AECOM for over 7 years. He served as Vice President and Global Head of Commercial Development as well as Asia Head of Architecture. In these roles, he expanded the company’s market share in the United States, Middle East and Asia through strategic alignments with key global clients.

Throughout his illustrious career, Alton has held multiple executive management roles with various international practices. Alton was Managing Director at Woods Bagot Shanghai and part of the Asia Executive Committee, Senior Associate at Gensler serving as Studio Director for Commercial, Hospitality, and Mixed Use Projects, and Managing Director for Wilson Associates opening, building, and driving the China practice.
