D. Kenneth Sargent Visiting Critic
Lexi Tsien of Soft-Firm will share projects that critically question our relationship to space and definitions of the public realm. Seeing architecture at the intersection of culture and built infrastructure, she will suggest some new formats for practice, living, working, and learning. She will also share examples of collective or DIY knowledge-building as a representational technique and tool of power. Lexi is interested in new methods of image-making, vernacular spatial practices, and their ability to shape and self-determine the built environment.
