Nathan Williams

Nathan Williams is a Brooklyn-based artist, designer, researcher & educator who returns to Syracuse’s SOA to teach architectural design. He investigates Black Trans-Atlantic Diasporic creative cultural tradition, creative criticism, and theory. 

Scott Ruff

Scott Ruff is the principal of RuffWorks Studio and an adjunct professor of architecture at Pratt University who was previously the first NOMAS president at Syracuse University. His firm specializes in culturally informed projects and community engagement, and he is a co-editor of “In Search of African-American Space: Redressing Racism”.
