NYC Student Panel: Spatializing Reproductive Justice

Ahead of the opening of Spatializing Reproductive Justice, a traveling exhibition of student work produced in parallel design studios taught at Syracuse University, Columbia GSAPP, and the City College of New York in Fall 2022, student representatives from each institution will participate in a panel discussion about the inequities of reproductive care in the U.S. and the agency of the design fields to expand access.

Students will share their projects and reflections on the reproductive justice studios and engage in a broader discussion with the audience about the role of design, the built environment, and academic institutions in the ongoing pursuit of reproductive, sexual, and gender-affirming healthcare justice.
