Lauren Scott
Instructor

Lauren Scott (she/her/hers) joins the School of Architecture in Fall 2023 as a part-time instructor, teaching second year studio.

Prior to joining Syracuse University, Lauren started her own firm – Lauren Scott Architecture.  Before that, she worked at/with NYC firms including Kalos Eidos, Sawyer Berson, and Smith-Miller + Hawkinson Architects.

Lauren believes that architecture should be accessible, compassionate, and inclusive – and her research focuses on exploring theses attributes in spatial organization as well as in architectural practice.

Lauren received her M.Arch from Columbia GSAPP in 2021, and a B.S.Arch from University of Virginia in 2016. She completed her architectural licensure in 2022.
