Join staff from the office of Student Outreach and Retention (SOaR) to learn more about their office, how they support our students, and ways you can be an active participant in those efforts.
The SOaR team supports students, faculty, staff, parents and supporters, in identifying and removing academic and non-academic barriers to help students meet their goals. Case managers in SOaR regularly provide consultation, outreach and support when a faculty member, staff member, parent, family member or friend has a concern for a student who may be facing a personal struggle, is in distress or could benefit from additional support and resources.
