Bi-Weekly Career Newsletter
We will continue to send our monthly newsletter on a bi-weekly basis throughout the pandemic. The newsletters will continue to provide announcements, job search tips, upcoming virtual events and posting deadlines.

Resume & Cover Letter Reviews
Would you like a review of your resume updates or cover letter? Email your document to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will respond back within 24 business hours.
We have increased the number of available 30-minute student appointment slots. Students may schedule a career advising appointment directly through Handshake. These appointments may be conducted via phone, FaceTime, WeChat, Microsoft Teams or Zoom.
Career Services Express/Office Hours
We will offer Career Services Express sessions which will be promoted via Handshake. These sessions will be held via Blackboard Collaborate sessions.
We will continue to host career workshops in a virtual format utilizing Blackboard Collaborate. Upcoming workshops include: “NCARB/AXP Overview” and “How to Negotiate an Offer”. All workshops will be listed and promoted through the Events tab on Handshake.
We will be hosting virtual alumni panels and ‘coffee chats’ to discuss the current hiring challenges facing our top employer partners and hiring teams. Events will be promoted on Handshake.

Are you looking for industry information outside of the US? Searching for a position in your home country? Country specific search tips are available through GoinGlobal.
Big Interview is a tool available to all Syracuse University students interested in practicing their interview skills. Videotape your responses and receive immediate feedback. Utilize a pre-made industry specific interview or create one of your own using Big Interview. Completed interviews can be shared to email@example.com for additional feedback from the Architecture Career Services team.
