The master of architecture is accredited by the National Architectural Accrediting Board as a first professional degree, a requirement of licensure for becoming a practicing architect in the United States, and a terminal degree for many design educators around the globe.

Our curriculum is designed for students with baccalaureate degrees in any field to acquire a first professional degree, but also supports advanced standing for students with baccalaureate degrees in architecture and related fields.

Focused on preparing forward-looking students, our curriculum highlights innovative practices, new techniques and technologies, and transdisciplinary approaches to architectural research, inquiry, and design.
