Anthony Gagliardi is co-founder of Almost Studio based in New York City. The firm’s work spans architecture, art, and fashion at multiple scales including exhibitions, installations, furniture, fashion runways, residences, and art festivals. He joined the Syracuse University School of Architecture faculty in Fall 2019 where he teaches in the undergraduate design studio curriculum.
Prior to Syracuse University, Anthony was a critic at the Yale School of Architecture teaching graduate advanced studio and formal analysis courses with Peter Eisenman. Professionally, Anthony has worked for internationally recognized architecture firms including Eisenman Architects and Steven Harris Architects on projects ranging from urban master plans to site-specific residences. Most recently, Almost Studio’s work has been exhibited at the 2018 CAN Triennal in Cleveland, Ohio and has been selected for exhibition at the Museum of Fine Arts Houston, Feÿ Arts, and New York Fashion Week.
Anthony earned his Master of Architecture from the Yale School of Architecture, where he was named the Yansong Ma Scholar, and received his Bachelor of Science in Architecture with Honors and Distinction in Architecture from The Ohio State University Knowlton School of Architecture.
