| To move a file from one system to another, the most common program used is called "ftp" for File Transfer Protocol. The most basic version is a command based version. A far simpler way is to use a web browser. Internet Explorer (IE) from Microsoft works very well. |

| Internet Explorer has included ftp capability since version 5. The
current version is 6. The browser is free. To see if you have the current version:
